If I click the ? to create a page as Admin, I can see the Category is inhereted, but logged in as the user, click the ? on the page that is View only, but the user has permission to create pages. only sees the category of their own assignment.

I have solved it like this: http://sh.nu/p/25155 but under Internet Explorer that does not work reliably. If I go to the page several times, sometimes the admin-specific stuff is visible anyway.
