Looking for help with getting the WYSIWYG editor working on my site!

I want to knwo how can I changethe language of Wysiwyg editor ?
I'ts always in enlgish
I tryed to put "FR" in fckconfig.js
but nothing change
I think the config file is generated by tiki... not the one bundled with fck
I tryed to find it in the sql, and nothing
templates/setup_fckeditor.tpl
but the language value is taken from preferences, so that should be site language
the problem here
when I use editor
make sure you clear your cache
some menus in the editor are in FR and others in EN
access setup_fckeditor.php from your browser
oh... examples?
just the "insert internal links" are in french
all other in english
