So - if the user make article, he is author, and only they can change this page, but more they can allow other user/rs to change it. There is a "page author is admin of his pages" option. Maybe that's the same thing. But then thay can edit page access list ?? Or only admin can do it ? hmm, I think non-admin users can set access permissions for pages they create.
