amette: might it be that there is some bug considering the permissions with tiki_p_edit_structure ? I double-checked, but only admin can add pages to structures.

cnd: Are there any tricks to upgrading 2.2 to 3.0? I just tried renaming the apache folders, but 3.0 refuses to write to my ./db folder - and doesn't produce any errors obvious on the web page nor in the logs... if I copy over the old local.php - I get an "upgrade" button - but pushing it wrecks my wiki DB (relax - I'm on a VM and can "revert").
