about the iframe thing, it's strange but in tiki 2, iframe width=100% _does_ work in ie7... but I didn't check for the differences yet.
one thing is, at my tiki 2 site, the iframe plugin is different: it puts the src url as data, not an argument; don't know what else is different.
i didn't try a plain html page with iframe to test ie7 with yet, either. luciash: i suspect standard/quirks mode again
