Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance

vkumar, most of the information you get from FF and the developer toolbar or firebug are also useful for IE browsers.
so you can use that information, and then if there is a problem in IE, that can be investigated.

well, the way I use it is to click "inspect" and then hover the pointer over places in the page that I want to find out about.
and sometimes I use the net item to watch how things download.
or when it is in css inspection mode, mouseover on divs,etc. listed in the html view panel shows the css selector above in the page, with padding and margins colored.

well, I installed the personal blog and profile (not at site install, but after, from link on homepage), but found my site title didn't change, which was kind of strange.
I input the info on the profiles admin page, for this profile during its install setup.
Don't know if this is a common or known problem, or if something was strange in my installation.
(Installation was via ftp to a hosted server, so a pretty normal process.)

Also the top menu (strasa theme for this profile) runs off the right side of the page on a 1024px wide display, so probably the menu should have fewer items.

I've just finished a short screencast of an installation of bare-bones + collab.community using tiki3pre ;-)
I always thought that we needed something more graphical to show in less than 20 min. how to install with this new installer, installing a profile (or several, etc.)
and I just made a quick & dirty 20 min (or so) screencast.
I wish somebody had some background music (suitable by copyright) to be added to this type of screencasts...
chibaguy: do you know if we have any musician (or amateur musician) which produced (or can produce) some nice and relaxing ambient music?
or where to get some copyright-free (or copylefted) music in order to add a sound track to the screencasts?
oh well, I leave the question there. If anybody knows an answerr, please, drop a message on the tikiwikiusers-list for instance (no need to talk about that only on the tikiwiki-devel list)

but also I think maybe some other ways using modules and jquery would be good.
that might open the door for newbies (like me) to add some pictures to their headers easily, handled from file galleries, and optionally, make them fixed, or randomly taken from a file gallery where all images meet a certain size (width & height to fit in the box)

Seems to me that Tiki 3 was for introducing a lot of new things, and between now and tiki 4 (and in tiki 4) will be more ways to use what we now have.

Hi Skyriderz. There's two ways to do menus. One is at tiki-admin_menus.php. The other is with a menupage module. 
If you have Tiki 3, try appying the Collaborative_Community_Wiki_Menu profile.

well, menus aren't the same as modules. modules are containers. you can make a new module to put your menu in, down at the bottom of the admin modules page.

so in theory, mysqldump, convert, pump into Tiki as PG
