hi all
how do i get links at the top of the page that direct to all of my headers? shouldn't they be generated automatically?

I just upgraded a wiki from 2.4 to 3.0.  It now tells me I need to run the installer to update the database.  But tiki-install says "The directory '/usr/local/lib/php/temp/cache/' is not writeable."  I don't have or want to have that directory.  Why is that happening?
As is usual, asking the question almost immediately sorted out the problem. ;-)  The error message had an incorrect path.  But there was a proper "temp/cache" directory that needed to have its permissions fixed.
