This theme doesn't look much like your site, but you can look at the CSS file to see what was specified just for the theme's looks.
I recommend using Firefox and the Firebug add-on to inspect the page to see what CSS is being used for each part. LordVan: yeah i like firefox ;) chibaguy: I see your site uses frames now? I cranked the script time limit in PHP to 300 secs. I downgraded from 3.1 to 3.0 (clean install). Same thing every time.
The only thing I'm missing is php_mysqli.dll (I have php_mysql.dll). Apparently at the time I installed PHP 5, the PHP folks were unable to compile php_msyqli, so they (temporarily, I guess) dropped it from the build.
We're evaluating open-source (PHP) CMS alternatives. The one we pick will go on a hosted server (IIS + PHP) where we don't control the PHP settings. So if I can't get TikiWiki to run on my test server, maybe that's nature's way of telling me to go with one of the alternatives. Thanks all for the suggestions. ***: Paul_Rubin has left
