I have a little problem with forums in tikiwiki
I can't start a thread as "Registered", only admin can do it
it's weird, as permissions has been edited to match my wants chibaguy: KissCoolMan, does the Registered group have tiki_p_forum_post_topic permission assigned on tiki-assignpermission.php?group=Registered ?
