   RJ_: I need some help with an installation - installed 3-1 last night and I cannot create or edit existing wiki pages.
   chibaguy: RJ_, is that when you are logged in as admin? or as regular user, or...?
   RJ_: Both, actually. I also tried in both Firefox and Explorer.
   chibaguy: When you're logged in as admin, you can't create a wiki page?
   RJ_: Correct. What happens is that everything looks just fine until I hit the save button - then I get the 404 error. I also cannot edit a wiki page - I am able to enter test in the field, bu when I try to hit save I get an error that says a contribution is mandatory.

   RJ_: I got so frustrated with it last night that I did a complete re-installation.
   chibaguy: What is the server OS, etc.?
   RJ_: I used Fantastico to install it, and Siteground is my hosting provider.

   <br> First ask if your site is on a Windows server and, if so, ask them to move it to a Linux server. That's my advice.
