has anyone encountered the toc plugin problem?
doofbag83, is this after an update to tiki 3?
If so, it's because wiki structures, which were on by default before, are now an option, so have to be turned on, on the wiki admin page. Then toc's will show up.
luciash, how about changing tiki-top_bar.tpl into an include wrapper for tiki-searchbar.tpl, tiki-sitemenu.tpl, and tiki-sitelocbar.tpl (what it currently contains)?
So, like tiki-site_header.tpl, will make it easy to place those parts differently per-theme. Coelesce also needs this (no search in tiki-top_bar.tpl).
Anyway, I'm finishing up details on this and will mail the list.

i found an issue with my 'mass-approve' plugins feature that i added and need help...
i made it so that tiki will record the user who creates the plugin (added the added_by column to the db)....
but if you "clear" a pending approval, the next user who views the page is recorded as the "added_by" user for that plugin
can somone explain the usecase for "clearing" a plugin (as opposed to approving it)? 
why/when would an admin merely "clear" a pending plugin?

I'm confused on a problem I'm having with quicktags doubling up on me. All but "special characters" and "add image from file gallery" is doubled up... and the doubles point to different things, i.e. javascript:taginsert('editpost','141'); javascript:taginsert('editpost','301'); are both bold.
Oh, and I've not changed anything under the quicktags admin page, still a fairly new drop in of tw I was testing moving to.

yeah, but went through and disabled all the experimentals besides sefurls (it was doing this before that was ever enabled) and it's still doing it... there a chance disabling still left a mess I should be cleaning up?
