surprisingly the anti-bot code appears on TRACKER plugin page, but not on tracker > insert new item directly

that means the theme does not override the base tpl

I also recently had a WSOD problem that I couldn't figure out.
I just ran a script to check for the newest files and it only found one's in templates and temp cache
Apparently my wiki is effected by some alien ray or something :|

sad to say, the suggestions i got here didn't help. I ended up mostly starting over. I was still in the process of setting up a site that wasn't yet live, and pulling the content into a new database/fresh install seemed easier than troubleshooting.
