chibaguy	yeah, i've had trouble in the past with ie cutting off the bottom of text. iirc, the height has to be set for the div, equal to the font-size, maybe. Well, it was ok with the settings before, so I guess something just needs to be added again for ie.	[13:17]
luciash	i was playing with the browser resizing and wanted it to resize inside header (not to overflow out) so i played with relative position and em font sizes but wasn't aware of this cutting problem in IE chibaguy: that is why i prefer to commit to trunk... i would be in trouble and forced to rollback in branch 4 probably now ;)	[13:22]
chibaguy	I see. What was the problem you saw with the feb12 logo and site titles, to begin with? (just so I know what you're trying to fix)	[13:26]
luciash	if it is not trivial/obvious fix better to commit to trunk imho it was bad padding, unnecessary waste of vertical space and logo was jumped down compared to the sitetitles, which were aligned too high then some low contrast of the sitetitles	[13:27]
chibaguy	I kinda think maybe there shouldn't be the CSS 3 glow on the text. Due to validation error when checking CSS2.1, and because I think there should probably be just clean text when using a text site title. as default. If a site wants the glow, then they can add it.	[13:29]

For example, at http://themes.tikiwiki.org/, the Andreas09 has a similar site header, which to me looks ok now. well, it's interesting to go through the themes there and see how the logo and site titles appear, mostly ok to me, but some with a problem. But there shouldn't have to be 20 different solutions for 20 themes. I've tried to standardize, but no doubt messed up in places.	[13:38]
