Still see reduced lefthand menu, but I can access the wiki pages again and admin panel
ok, menu is back too after cleaning the menu_* files in cache folder
de.tw.o is completely missing the "Admins" group that tw.o has after upgrade.

the tiki-modules page gives me only a part of the body, no header, no footer, no left/right menus, no stylesheets...

so some change introduced double encoding or something.

for me it didnt find PDO as database driver.
after editing local.php to adodb it worked.

But I think PDO is part of the Zenz Framework, I guess just the path to it is not correct cause its somewhere in lib/core/lib
