   dabicho: Hello. I have a problem with my tikiwiki installation. I have it installed in my home directory on linux, so that it can be accessed as http://ip/~user/wiki. However, for some reason the PHPSESSID cookie has the tilde ~ encoded as %7E, and I am always getting the "You have to enable cookies to be able to login to this site" error message. Any ideas? php configuration maybe?

   coaboa: Hello dabiacho and Mery Christmas to you. Iam not sure but i think I've heared of a problem with path when ~ is part of it. can you change that path?
   dabicho: I would rather to not have to, but I guess I can. Is there no other solution?
   coaboa: when u are fimilar with webserver configuration maybe url rewrite rules may help.
