<br> Whatever that it: minify is completely broken with it in HEAD. Site loses all CSS and javascript.

   -: marclaporte cheers amette
chealer: <u>changi</u>: yes. the changes are too brutal: http://stats.tikiwiki.org/trunk/localldev.png
<br> the statistics must be dominated by library changes
<br> I guess we should have a directory for that. then we could exclude it if we wanted meaningful stats

sylvieg: I agree with you on the # but the sefurl with a page with a # :-(
luciash: <u>sylvieg</u>: thanks for noticing my bad idea about the lt ;)
<br> did u try to put in the rewrite rule # ?
sylvieg: it is not a bad idea - it is noce to have to considering replying to me
   <br> nice to have you...
   luciash: tnx :) u 2
<br> i think i made that mistake mainly because the bug was revealed when the user preference was lt than prefs maxRecords
<br> so i automatially put there
sylvieg: I hate rewrite rules ...
<br> it is so picky (like the profiler...)
luciash: well, they're mostly regexps :-p
   ***: Javacat has joined #tikiwiki
sylvieg: but the rule is RewriteRule ^(.+)$ tiki-index.php?page=$1
Javacat: hey.. i'm trying to do a new install of 3.4 onto a windows machine.. I've extracted all of the files into the folder, but when i go to the website to configure it i get "500 - Internal server error"
sylvieg: so everything should go throught
Javacat: the wiki website hints at a permissions error and to run setup.sh, but that's for linux
sylvieg: <u>Javacat</u>: you should use 4
   Javacat: so.. i dunno
luciash: <u>sylvieg</u>: i am not sure if the rewrite rule doesn't take the #1 simmilar to $1
   <br> or something like that
Javacat: ok.. the website made it sound like 4 was still a bit of a beta, so i thought i should just stick with the stable version
   <br> will try 4 though :P
luciash: <u>Javacat</u>: i think you have to correct the dir perms to 777 or 775
<br> you need the list of them if you can't use setup.sh script
sylvieg: on a windows threr is no perms
Javacat: i'm not sure what those permissions would be
   <br> oh.. ok
luciash: ah, sorry, missed that it's windows
sylvieg: <u>Javacat</u>: on a wamp instal - tikiwiki works like a charm for me..
Javacat: i'm wanting to do it all in IIS :/
<br> (i googled and saw that wamp is apache :P)
sylvieg: it will be harder to find help around - opensource people does not spend money on paid stuff
Javacat: ok.. i run a few sites on this server and need to use asp.net for some stuff, so need to use iis
luciash: i don't know anybody who runs it on IIS without problems
Javacat: if i wanted to migrate the tikiwiki to a linux/apache server in the future, would there be any major issues?
<br> i've moved a forum from linux to windows before and that ended up being a bit fiddly
sylvieg: wamp is fine if you want to stay on windows
   Javacat: kk
<br> dammit.. still getting that 500 error
   <br> must be something else
sylvieg: I suppose you have an error log
<br> 500 are explained in error log
<br> me too have 500 when trying to log the rewrite rules :-(
Javacat: i can't see anything in the iis logs
   <br> there we go
<br> need to look at the proper log file ;)
   <br> [14-Feb-2010 23:49:47] PHP Fatal error:  require_once() [&lt;a href='function.require'&gt;function.require&lt;/a&gt;]: Failed opening required 'lib/core/lib/TikiFilter.php' (include_path='C:/lib/pear;.;C:php5pear;C:/lib/core/lib;C:/') in ###PATHTOSITE###libcorelibJitFilter.php on line 2
   <br> that's what i get
<br> (edited out the root folder path to where the site is located)
   <br> any ideas?
sylvieg: can be the / or ..
<br> look on doc.tw install IIS
   Javacat: http://doc.tikiwiki.org/Windows+Server+Install?bl=y ??
<br> afaik, php in windows doesn't care which way the slashes are for require/require_once
<br> i did just try switching them, but it made no difference
