CIA-62: tikiwiki: 03chibaguy * r26010 10/trunk/ (5 files in 3 dirs): [NEW] Maintained Eatlon theme with correct license moved from Mods. chibaguy: Well, Twist had a small site header space. I didn't really try enlarging it to handle large logos or logo + text title. luciash: ok, that's fine then
you disable search for it intentionally too ?
sitesearch bar chibaguy: Hmm, I don't recall doing that. I'll check what happened to it.
Possibly because there's so little space, I left it out of the normal area. luciash: though i think small search field would fit there on the right side of twist's header chibaguy: probably so
The Darkshine theme's license is ok, but it has a tiki.tpl. What do you think about having it in trunk?
I haven't tried a version with the default tiki.tpl, not sure if it'd work.
Tho a lot more is possible now with the default file than before, when I last looked at this theme. luciash: you can put it in and we can adjust and remove later when not needed
when it will work with the default one chibaguy: ok, sounds good. actually I was also thinking that, just now. luciash: i have little suggestion for the abse theme
what if the background was centered no-repeat instead ?
and instead of the main content bg becoming solid green on hover, wouldn't it be nicer to have semi transparent green permanently on the center part ? CIA-62: tikiwiki: 03chibaguy * r26011 10/trunk/ (5 files in 3 dirs): [NEW] Maintained Dark Shine theme with correct license moved from Mods. chibaguy: Do you mean if the background image scrolled with the content?
I'm going to commit a 'skeleton' theme that has a simplified tiki.tpl and no-content theme stylesheet, in response to Patrick's request. luciash: ok
no, i mean center center no-repeat fixed (that "world map") chibaguy: ah, ok. I use a small display most of the time so didn't really notice the repeating. luciash: chibaguy: do u have any idea what property can be used to set focused input field outline to be rounded too when the input field (unfocused state) has rounded border in chrome (webkit) ? chibaguy: no, I never tried to do that before.
Didn't really pay much attention to border radius until recently. luciash: when i set the text input field rounded i have yellow "boxed" highlight outline appearing on every focused one
ok :)
i will dig it somewhere i guess
not that important for now CIA-62: tikiwiki: 03chibaguy * r26012 10/trunk/ (5 files in 2 dirs): [NEW] Skeleton theme has simplified tiki.tpl and no-content stylesheet. Intended to be a learning model and base for designers. chibaguy: I wonder what's going to happen when users select skeleton and see the "broken" design. ;-)
This might need some discussion.
Can a theme be restricted from being selected (as the site admin can do when allowing users to change theme) by default? luciash: it could be done by theme name match with condition but ... chibaguy: Maybe a change in name would help. 'Skeleton' sounds kind of Halloween-like, not necessarily like a design tool. luciash: maybe example.css chibaguy: I wonder why the default HomePage text says "This is the default ))HomePage(( for your Tiki. If you are seeing this page, your installation was successful." with the syntax showing. Is this just on my installation (I haven't edited the homepage text yet after months. luciash: do you have CamelCase links enabled ? chibaguy: No luciash: i think if disabled, the reverse brackets do not take effect
and show up as plain text chibaguy: Is camelcase on by default?
No, right? luciash: no, i think marc switched it off by default chibaguy: Then the default text shouldn't have that syntax. I wonder if that's been changed (removed). luciash: for upgrades the homepage content doesn't get affected chibaguy: right
this could be kind of an old page. luciash: so maybe it is there from the past if you haven't touched it
and didn't install fresh
for new installs it should be gone chibaguy: ok.

Another question: What is the syntax to use in the L&F textarea to include a .tpl file? nkoth: chibaguy: do you mean the usual include smarty tag? (I haven't tried this before) chibaguy: yes, that's it. ***: btiffin has quit IRC (Remote host closed the connection) chibaguy: ok
the basic problem is to put an if statement in a wiki page to load content in a div according to what page you're on.
the loaded content also contains an if statement, which was why it's in a .tpl file. CIA-62: tikiwiki: 03chealer * r26029 10/branches/5.x/lib/setup/tikisetup.class.php:
