with loginbar I managed it. I want to strip the displayed label in front of the search input field which is html txt. sorry for sure not the label of the input field itself ;-)

Hm, random image module works ok for me in 4.2, but I didn't try top images.
@chibaguy, I have the heading but the pic does not show, and when I click on it it gives me "This feature is disabled: feature_galleries" but I do have it enabled.
