Anyone home? *Knocks on monitor glass* Ok well the header says to just ask my question. So here goes. I have a Fedora 12 LAMP server. I have TW setup on it and a site. I am having trouble with images, specifically image manipulation. I have File Gallery on and files stored to directory. Hello Caarrie. I think I am the only one here. RandP: no, but aks your question Ok well I asked if earlier and no one responded, sorry for the confusion. Anyway I can upload the images to the File Gallery. And I can view them. And if I just use a plain {img = '#'} tag in the wiki the image will appear in its natural dimensions Yes, and..? But if any PluginImg "stuff" is used or if you hover over an image while in the File Gallery for a thumbnail, it will not work. And the wiki will say "This server does not support image manipulation" Do you have GD configured and instaled? Yes I have it installed I built php-gd Then it isn't configured correctly with php into my php Are you sure you have loaded the library in php.ini and restarted apache I used yum to install i did ./configure --with php-gd and did make and make install ok restarted the apache daemon check php.ini look for the dynamic extensions section I also installed ImageMagick ok let me pull that up did you check phpinfo? and search for gd, see that it is not commented php.ini says to check for dynamic extension in the php.d directory and I found the gd.ini there It has extension=gd.so in the file and no ; or something in the beginning of the line? nope you can see if the gd works on Admin → Image Galleries or in the phpinfo page hi everybody! ive got a small question here how will i know if GD works? besides that it works, like will there be a little "Hey it works!" message? everytime i mouseover on something (jquery tooltips) in a popup, the popup goes blank...(ex : in the upload file gallery) ..ive tried it in explorer, firefox and opera... tikiwiki: 03jonnybradley * r26905 10/branches/5.x/lib/ (tiki-js.js toolbars/toolbarslib.php): [FIX] Toolbar dialog tools: Store the selection in attributes for Firefox Louis, does it work on some mouseovers and not others? I hope we one day have a way to push this to all sites magically ahh.. footer code list of links on info.tw.o :-) y have an idea about that... but first.... for the tiki5 release, who updates the old tiki images, such as http://info.tikiwiki.org/image26&nocount=y just put what you need on branding.tikiwiki.org and Simon will make them will do. tx for the common footer.... cant we simply make a single TPL files, then on each site use {include file="foo/bar.tpl"} ? yes, but updating will be a pain those sites are on several different servers make a single file, in a file gallery on info.tw.o could you use the include wiki plugin ? with varying upgrade schedule {include file="http://info.tikiwki.org/filexxxxx} I don't think you can include something from another site would be quite insecure @luciash: does {INCLUDE} work across sites? is the include plugin ... yeah, that's what i wanted to ask :) it could be RSS or web services hm.. webservices maybe... will look into it had not heard feedback from anyone else, assume no issues with what i put together it's better than what was there before and with usage, there could be good feedback to improve which is why I am concerned with maintainability wonder if intertiki could b expanded to share some l&f prefs, not just user data woah, that would be sweet maybe mose thought of that in looking at analytics, interesting to see quite a few folks use the footer links logo request added: http://branding.tikiwiki.org/Logo#comments tx marc tikiwiki: 03marclaporte * r26908 10/branches/5.x/templates/tiki-install.tpl: [MOD] shorten a bit ricks99: : can you deploy everywhere so we can remove ugly yellow box? and people can start using for navigation finally, it won't be a catastrophe when people hop from one site to another deploy footer? y okie-dokie copy-paste to the 6 site identy (for now), but in Tiki6, I hope we'll have a way to deploy (like a banner ads management system) an extension to trim maybe? polom we could do with TRIm already We could make a profile and TRIM can deploy profiles the problem is that *.tikiwiki.org site management doesn't use TRIM doesnt help maintenance. would have to re-apply profile to each site for each change Say I had 1000 sites all with TRIM I could make profile once, and have it run on 1000 sites but yes, in our case, copy pasting one pref is faster than running profile on each should b live on all tw.o sites now jonnyb : are you on point 1 ... because I began yesterday evening - as sson time I go back I'm looking at point 1. is the tiki-install.php help link to host name working for anyone in branch 4 or 4.2? hi sylvieg & chealer - point 1?
