hello, i have a custom theme that will not display - after a connection problem while uploading the css, the css had zero bytes. now the files are fixed but the theme will not display. there is a trick i forgot. 
is there something in the DB that blanks the theme if it can't (for a moment) find the css?
(mike renames the theme and solves his problem, not sure why)

are there any known bug in binary file indexing in tiki5? I checked the tracker but did not see anything relevant. i set the mime type and the system command for excel, installed the required packages, reindexed and ran a seach from withing the file gallery but the search comes up with nil.

server config should be easy, you should only need the supporting packages for the different file types

2008 I had the first ideas that our national ngo needs some modern internet tools
had no knowledge than using some office, gimp and inkscape (very basic) ah jay aswell firefox and thunderbird ... and swithch on and off the computer
16 th of october I was given the first tiki2 installation and a team of testers
mid of dezember I got some folders access on the headquarters server and by new years eve I had renovated my local groups page and the national members area (all html) to some kind of tikitemplate looking and modern navigation kind of thing
I am trying to set premissions so anonymous users can view articles.  I have set the permissions for the article, and for the topic, to allow anonymous users to view the article (tiki_p_view_article). What am I missing?
step by step I became one of two persons with full access and now i am the technical responsible guy for the new internetprojects and websites
but in the end of the day I am still a newbie and rely on a huge amount of help

somehow in the meantime there are some people in and out the community, whom I can help a bit
yeah luciash I did make a long research between 2008 and 2009 to find the applicatinS for my ideas - shortly before I got the support for a "pilot-project" (right word in english?) I stumbled over Tiki
I think Tiki is a killer
and I am lucky, that I have the chance to become a part of such an open source community, even having started with such stuff only in my 40th ;-)

next major issue for my project will be to get intertiki up and running
a couple of weeks ago I took some days on that issue and even the help of ... I think kimberlee gave me some time .... didn´t solved that
So as I have Tiki5 running now, I need workspaces and intertiki - WS I will have to learn while we setup the german user group and IT hopefully I will find a helping hand

if you can figure it out, use pdo, as adodb is not much maintained in Tiki anymore i think
i don't see under the hood of the two drivers to tell you what is better and why

so 1und1.de uses debian as server os
there would be (I´d think so) adodb included by default, but not activated by them or by tiki or so
and the addes line in the db/local.php will activated it somehow, like my parserscript in the .htaccess, that makes my Tiki installation using PHP5 instead of PHP4

i have "mysql, pgsql, sqlite, sqlite2" there
I have sqlite there (tiki-phpinfo.php) but not on the server at all
ah, it is not the tikifest in bln yet, is it ?
