best is to llok for doc.tikiwiki.org and read page:  pretty+tracker which gives a gould example on how to build a form etc.

I read it but i can't undestood  it
I have one traker for people and one for family 
I wont select the person and go on second family traker 
do you want to assoziate eg. several people to one family? maybe this helps: Linking+Trackers?
I read it i alredy did create the trakers and they work but i need to make a custom interface 
and Linking trakers don't help
custom interface is explained at the page "Pretty trackers" where you can use a wikipage as form-template
probably you can have an additional look @ Plugin+Tracker+Advanced
