hello: we are about to produce 4 short films on how to get started with tiki (professional camera team etc.) The titles are: 1)How to register 2) How to participate/edit/categorize 3) basic navigation and usabillity 4) Social media.  As those films are produced in engl. may I ask if there are anywhere in the "tikiverse" some scripts covering the mentioned areas to use as "script" ? I produced some screencasts but maybe I missed soemthing

still having problems uploading anything over 1Mb. setting a diff. timeout for mysql transactions, as suggested by someone before, has no effect and should not since its a local connection.

using chrome, I can see the progress of the upload. it hits 100% but tikt still shows the busy animation 
freedumb2000: is the storage set to filesystem or mysql in tiki and in the drupal ?
setting it to mysql had a world of other problems, where any image i upped would get corrupted. so i set it to file storage which works fine for <1M
drupal uses db storage im pretty sure (not my site, i would have to check)
the "corruption" issue is most likely due to utf issues. known issue with 5.x see rel notes for details and fix
using tiki5.1 btw
I think db storage for images or other large files isn't a very good idea, because of the problems dumping and restoring the db if necessary, moving the site or whatever.
