chibaguyricks99, you might be able to temporarily fix info.tiki.org's wide-page problem in ie8 by turning on shadow divs to put table tags around the center column. I haven't tried it and don't know if it'd work, or what it might mess up. [12:59]

a problem on these wide-page situations is that it's hard (for me anyway) to tell what's a cause and what's an effect.
but page parts can be turned off selectively and usually the culprit can be isolated.

ricks99: i have a theory/idea about the caching/minify problem... it seems to me, that when the smarty caching is generated or when the minified file is created, it gets some whitespace (maybe not just plain space) characters in, which some browsers can handle just fine and others do not cope with it correctly or someting like that

I had to update tiki_blog_posts set priv='n';
All priv was setted to 'NULL' ( I was upgrading from 1.9 to 6.0)
