your commit don;t need to be validated prior being included ?
you shouldn't be running a production site on trunk, you're probably on 6.x
it should be tested in trunk properly before backporting to 6.x

when i click the ltr or rtl buttons various other buttons swap over and look the other way round (lists etc)
but it doesn't seem to change much in my text, but then i'm ltr (aren't i?)
do "svn info" on your tiki to find out which branch you're using
i'll backport it anyway in the meantime

my whole question is, taking an existing static 10 year old site and making it CMS for the client so they can maintain it themselves, but retain the existing `feel` and theme
it has about 30 pages
would it be a task achievable in a week? taking basically all their content over into tiki
it's the "retaining the existing feel" bit that's the big variable there
probably a hard (and unpleasant) task for a first time project with tiki
yep lots of little javascripts and bits and pieces need to be turned into re-usable components 
but if it's like one of the existing tiki themes might not be too bad
or turn their site's existing look 1st into an acceptable theme?
cant someone just write a tool that instantly slurps up a static site into a cms pls :D
tiki has a _lot_ of css
do you have styling for forums, blogs, etc etc

they dont have that yet on the site since its so ancient.. 
it will be added bonusses once they (or any client for that matter) convert
modules, user admin etc? (presumably not)
so if you need to convert all those areas over, to make a full theme, it's take a long time
only a simple client login, username password protected single document page for clients
the best thing is to use one of the built in ones and make a new "option" for it
