plugins should emit what we expect but nothing else. All this logic with

are really annoying in tikilib render.
(not to mention hard to follow, especially with core/Filters and the like. lib/core/ looks like a beast... And there is Zend twice in there.

pff tcpdump is interesting ..
http://lordvan.com/tikiinstaller_tcpdump.txt is the tcpdump .. it goes to step 5 of installer and then gets the gzipped page back .. but thatS it ..
