i have noticed that in my 6.2 the trackers notifications mails do come with no changes marked when the field is category field even when it changes in the tracker item... any easy way to fix ?

is there any easy way to extend the user preferences page in tiki wiki?

and i want to offer a conveniant search function
javra: you cannot customize the user prefs page itself but rather u can create "User Tracker" and fill it with the user preferences type fields + your own custom fields then and point your users there instead of the user preferences page

i want to add custom fields like "job" etc., is it complicated to implement an auto completion for already used "jobs"?
iirc there is a way to have auto completion; not sure how complicated but it shouldn't be complicated too much

actually there is an old way to add custom fields directly to user preferences page, but it requires executing sql commands

i wonder about user and tracker… I want to built one tracker (project) and to hold inside items from different projects. each group access only HIS own project. Lu, should be doable right ?

I was thinking that the current 6.x (6.2+) was automatically more enhanced and stable than the 6.2. Each change (minor ones should be tested before inserted into the trunk/6.x. In fact It seems thats not true, I note a lot of dis-functions like in a current dev trunk. As if 6.x was a dev 6.3. What'is the strategy.
Note : i commonly test 6.2, 6.x and two 7.x (33565 and last future 7.0)
