FridayGERHello everybody
I've still a problem with the view of my calendar. I put the calendar on the left column (miniview) and when I add a event it is displayed with title and some other information.
But thought it will displayed as a number (date) which is highlighted as a link to the week view. Can someone help me?

FridayGERok. I've a problem with the view of the calander.
I put it to left column as miniview. If I add an event it will be shown with some details in the minicalander too.
I expected an linked number (date). How can I do it?
Now, the field of date wherein the event is placed, increase and it looks like an destroyed table.
[15:37]
jonnybFridayGER: sorry, i don't understand - do you have anything complicated in the event description or title? (i.e. try a simple "test" one) [15:44]
FridayGERNo, i tried it with a simple "Test" as title and "test" as description. [15:45]
jonnybis it a public site? do you want me to look at it? [15:46]
FridayGERNo, it isn't. But let me give you an admin account. One moment. [15:47]

jonnybwhat tiki version is this? 6.something?
have you customised anything - calendar module seems fine on my site with that theme
ok, found it - seems to be on 7.x someone's broken it - bleh
[16:00]
FridayGER??? what do you mean? I don't customize anything - I think. And yes its versiion 7.x
Is it a bug on 7.x
[16:08]
jonnybyes, seems to be - investigating...
looks like it's also in 7.1RC1 so good to catch it before the final release!
[16:10]

[16:14]
chealerFridayGER: you... fix the thing :-)
(it's a known regression, see http://dev.tiki.org/Tiki7#Regressions_and_others )
[16:15]
FridayGERyeah, I'll get it! :-) I'm happy - when I read the code - when I understand the context of it.
ok, so the result of it for me is to wait for fix?
[16:19]
chealerFridayGER: indeed, unless you want to use a version without the bug or get it fixed. [16:22]
***Jyhem_laptop_ has quit IRC (Ping timeout: 276 seconds) [16:24]
FridayGERto fix it I've to learn php, isn't it? [16:24]
chealerFridayGER: you do have to know some of Tiki's technologies if you want to fix it yourself. this is a display bug, maybe it's just HTML/JavaScript.
FridayGER: you could also hire someone else to do it, or contribute to the fix by filing a bug report and/or identifying exactly when the bug was introduced.

jonnybhi chealer - i'm having a look at it now, seems like a pref has gone missing... [16:30]
***Jyhem_laptop_ has joined #tikiwiki [16:36]
FridayGERok, many thanks to all, who has spent time on it. I think I trie to fix it by myself. That would be an adventure .... . I think the first thing I do is to backup my site :-)
Although I am a software developer, but an embedded system developer. Our topic are bits and bytes, coded by c or assembler. So it would be an adventure.

xaviI've just done a quick test with tiki 7.x (svn) and r_test...
hi chealer
... and I've noticed that PluginR is broken in tiki7, mainly due to "<" being converted into "<" when sent to R
regression (in tiki6 it works as expected)
and "<-" is the basic assignment of values to variables in R
foo <- "bar"
etc
