dlj	The problem is that I followed the instructions on setting up the DB, and the file db/local.php . I get the error page "Tiki is unable to connect to the Database". I've checked with the service provider, and he says that the php variables look OK. I then went to 6.4 which was brought up by Fantastico, and copied the format into the 7.1. But I still get the same error msg.
