Terry_: Here's an interesting question. Might there be a way to include document comments inline much like a blog, where the comments are also a forum post?
   lphuberdeau: what do you mean?
chealer: thanks arildb. do you anticipate that removing the redefined url{en,de}code() functions would cause any issue?
arildb: <u>chealer</u>: No, I don't think they are needed anymore. Thus reverting the old update should be OK
chealer: <u>arildb</u>: OK. do you see any reason to keep them for some time?
arildb: <u>chealer</u>: I think the to_utf8 function may be handy later. The redefined urlencode functions don't do much harm either. So, maybe keep them until this issue is a bit tested and verified.
chealer: <u>arildb</u>: OK, should we remove the calls to to_utf8() then, to avoid confusion?
***: Tiki|bot has quit IRC (*.net *.split)
arildb: <u>chealer</u>: I think just leave it as it is for now. The integration of the to_utf8 call does solve some issues. Though these issues should hopefully disappear from Tiki now
   chealer: OK

fabricius: <u>luciash</u>: in wich context you could imagine the above for Tiki?
luciash: hey, guys and gals, what do you think... is setting up a pretty tracker taking me 3 hours reasonable time to spent ?
lphuberdeau: luciash, depends on the tracker
   ricks99: ...and how pretty
luciash: <u>fabricius</u>: either integrating something like that flexible into tiki theme generator or providing extra service generating zip of the theme for tiki
   <br> <u>ricks99</u>: pretty nice ;)
Merbster: luciash, I have spent ac ouple of days on pretty trackers (but those involved javascript and custom PHP code to deliver data to the JS)
luciash: what slowed me down was actually the fact to realize that when i have text field with prepended and appended stuff, there is no easy way to display that in pretty tracker, so i have had to remove them again (they get annoyingly surrounded by &lt;span class="somecrap"&gt;...&lt;/span&gt;)
Merbster: luciash, what do you mean? - have you appended stuff to the values of the fields?
sylvieg: <u>lphuberdeau</u>: what do you mean by 'write the configs in db/local.php'? I tried to create a db/local.php in lib/test - not better
luciash: <u>Merbster</u>: text field type has options for it to preppend and append something to the field
sylvieg: I have 8 failures in proposals/6x. - but at least it is running
fabricius: <u>luciash</u>: a theming service is definitely what we need for Tiki - are you considering to come to TikiFestDesign? I try to save enoughmoney for the flight
Merbster: luciash, hmm I wasn't aware. Can it be done conditionally?
