Merbster: Did anyone of you encounter a problem when trying to debug "virtual applications" in IIS with Xdebug?
chibaguy, I can confirm that jonnyb: yes, it's gone into quirks mode, but usually there's a reason for that isn't there? like doctype errors Merbster: jonnyb, you can define it yourself
Mine has never entered quirks mode automatically - atleast not in 9 chibaguy: I'm asking because search-results though simpler is a little nicer looking and search-index, I think, would be kind of scary to people accustomed to google, etc. Merbster: chibaguy, it's possible to style both - it was SJ-Jay who did it though chibaguy: Oh, I see. OK. jonnyb: i'm still in 8 for extra pain! :) (and it looks fine on non-quirks mode - maybe i left it in that mode ages ago)
Merbster: what are "virtual applications"? Merbster: jonnyb, masochist
jonnyb, it's a weird IIS concept jonnyb: that would be a no for me then :) chibaguy: jonnyb, I just checked in IE today, about the wide code page, but haven't actually looked with IE for quite a while. Merbster: but basically it means if you want to execute a script placed in /lib/mySpeciealFolder/myScript.php - you have to mark /lib/mySpecialFolder as a "virtual application" in order for IIS to allow PHP execution directly
jonnyb, what happens is that you can change settings for that individual virtual application - but a side effect is that XDebug is being screwed by it jonnyb: a Microsoft OS and browser is enough self inflicted misery for me for now, thanks Merbster: last time I had IIS trouble I went to ##iis but that channel is deserted now

Well, it does.
Maybe deep search applies just to category levels.
Hmm, I can't get a term in the page of a category child to show up in search unless "Categories" is left blank. If I indicate the parent category, child category, or both, and with "deep search" on or off, the term in the child never shows up.

um existing folderId value. If this is possible, could we choose N=10000 and assume that it exceeds the most used value for this column? fabricius: walter_: maybe you should consider to go straight to 8.0 - since Tiki 7 there have been changes to modules and more stuff - I am actually developing ón 8 and will use 9 as lts, but not use 6 anymore (I know, 6 is very good, but the upcoming stuff is great)

I just know the principle
but not much more
RobertPlummer: for ex. I want to get the value of a subsheet (like table2) into the first sheet and calculate with it arildb: chealer: If alter table causes resequencing, maybe it is possible to manually set the new sequence value.... RobertPlummer: fabricius: =SHEET2!A1:B2 or =SHEET2!A1 fabricius: I do not know, what is mainsheet, what subsheet and how to link between the subsheets/tables RobertPlummer: It is pretty intuitive to add a sheet. fabricius: ah THATS stuff I need RobertPlummer: You click the "+" button at the bottom. chealer: arildb: the problem is not the new sequence value. the failure happens on conversion and is caused by duplicate keys RobertPlummer: bottom of the spreadsheet. fabricius: where I find the numbers? just count? chealer: arildb: did you see what I wrote earlier? "I thought what the previous situation did was equivalent to what is done now, but it actually allows the same value for folderId for different users." fabricius: so default SHEET is always 1?
and then count like I made them?
would be kind of obvious
what means the "!"?
just like "take it from there"? arildb: chealer: So we have duplicate folderIds....:-( chealer: arildb: right
in some installations, which is why we didn't see the problem (we didn't test user bookmarks) fabricius: RobertPlummer: next would be the question how to calculate with tracker items (I know the point spreadsheet from tracker - but didn figure out yet how to calculate from there) RobertPlummer: fabricius: What version are you on of tiki?
fabricius: It is the same as a instance of sheet, sheets within an instance can call each other. chealer: sorry, let me amend the options I see. fabricius: 8.0 SVN BRANCHES Daily Build from 10th Oct 11 RobertPlummer: fabricius: so =SHEET2!A1 doesn't matter if sheet 2 is a file, tracker, or spreadsheet.
All are the same. arildb: chealer: I propose we get rid of the auto_increment and reintroduce the old 2 attribute PK. Then update the code (only add_folder in bookmarklib it seems) to manually increment FolderId fabricius: a file? chealer: arildb: 3 possibilities: 1) Revert r37299. 2) Removing AUTO_INCREMENT and generating identifiers in the code. 3) Putting a normal AUTO_INCREMENT, having it grow faster. fabricius: you mean a spreadsheet file, not a text or a picture - that must matter!? chealer: 1) is bad for InnoDB. 2) requires more changes to the code. 3) requires to have a more complex migration script to work when several users has folders. arildb: chealer: I think 2 is the lesser evil fabricius: RobertPlummer: and with what values of the tracker I can calculate? - would it be possible with "date and time"? whoo ... or do I need numeric values? arildb: chealer: would the change requirement be contianed to add_folder, or do you see some side-effects? RobertPlummer: fabricius: That is an area where we need some more help for it to work correctly.
fabricius: Yes and no, dates if in formulas are going to probably work fine, but in remote cells they will not.
Another area is globalisation that needs some attention. chealer: arildb: I know nothing of bookmarklib, but I guess it's very likely add_folder is the only place affected
arildb: I'm OK with 2 arildb: chealer: Was the only insert I could find for that table fabricius: RobertPlummer: globalisation?
robert RobertPlummer: fabricius: date detection, and then things like month/day/year for united states, day/month/year for others depending on your local.
fabricius: jQuery recently came out with a nice lib that handles it all very nice.
I'd like to integrate it. fabricius: a coresponding with languages somehow
+
r arildb: chealer: How will we revert the old DB patch? Should we simply delete it, since this is still not a released version? I assume we cannot keep it, since it causes update problems... chealer: arildb: could you take care of the code? I'll deal with schema updates. arildb: chealer: yes fabricius: RobertPlummer: I did setup a tracker -> 4 fields: text (day) /date and time (time1) / date and time (time2) / text (hours)
2 items I did create chealer: thanks. yes, I'll delete it and see if it deserves a script for recent installs fabricius: day 1 - 4. oct. 10:00 to 19:00 and 6. oct 11:00 to 19:00
sorry for unclear misstyping
day 1: 4. oct. 10:00 to 19:00 ... and ... day 2: 6. oct 11:00 to 19:00
then I made a spreadsheet and in SHEET2! I di integrate this tracker chealer: arildb: so what was the accounting patch you were referring to? arildb: chealer: If I recall right a similar change was done there chealer: arildb: OK, well, if you can find it, let me know fabricius: in SHEET1! next field I divide through 3600 and get 8
this would be an appropriate result for day 2
but where is day 1? it is not shown in the Spreadsheet - neither in SHEET1! nor in SHEET2!
RobertPlummer: # RobertPlummer: fabricius: Is it the very first line possibly being overwritten? fabricius: RobertPlummer: line1 is "day, time1, time2, hours" / line2 is values from day2 - values from day1 are missing in the spreadsheet
so I have only 2 instead of three lines
but it is the 2nd line of the tracker (the first line with values) that is missing
RobertPlummer: and I cannot edit the trackerSHEET2! at all RobertPlummer: fabricius: Can you send me a couple screen caps?
