I want to show the actual date on a wikipage or in a module and do not find anything in the documentation - does anybody have a hint?

i am almost done my installation of tikiwiki on my windows server, i am just stuck at one point,  wondering if anyone can help
when i try to open "tiki-install.php" it gives this message

install instructions just say point your browser to that file and "follow the instructions", but i obviously can't see them as i can't even load the page for some reason

the best to have it back is to unassign the module in the database

hi, has anyone ever had an error involving "Warning: require_once(lib/setup/third_party.php)"
i am setting up tiki wiki on a windows server, and the path it is giving me in the error (when i try to open any php page on my webserver) looks like a linux path
and i am not even sure where it is asking for that path..
