Usng Tiki 8.1. I created a tracker with an "Output TPL".
"Can view trackers (tiki_p_view_trackers)" is set.
However, a user can only see the items, if "Can change tracker items (tiki_p_modify_tracker_items)" is set.

hello! Quick question: Updating tikiwiki makes changes to your db right? It does not just change the files inside of the tiki-8 directory?
because I would like to test tiki 8 before moving to it, so I unpacked the tar.gz and symlinked to it from inside of my previous version, and it wants to run its setup. it says "Use this script to install a new Tiki database or upgrade your existing database to release 8.1", so it seems like it does, but it says "tiki database", and I know we are running mysql. Would tiki just install over mysql?
or is mysql just an environment which the database installs into?
