Trunk revision 39247
sylvieg: ? @sylvieg: 2 secs I need another fresh trunk RobertPlummer: This is fun
sylvieg: Something to note, I currently have file caching disabled, I got it working and then had to restructure a few things. @sylvieg: so I am on site B, select a text, .. aok
how do I return to site A?
and apply to another selection teh stuff in my clipboard? RobertPlummer: sylvieg: use this
{TEXTLINK(forwardlink="paste your clipboard here")}The data that you want to reference to the original{TEXTLINK}
sylvieg: Afterward there should be an asterisk at the end of what you are citing.
Click it, and you will be brought back to the original page, it will scroll down and highlight the text-block that you originally highlited. @sylvieg: Mice !!!
soory Nice RobertPlummer: honestly, it needs some work, but we are getting closer.
I'm now working on linking a few things back up @sylvieg: the idea is there :-) RobertPlummer: What put a wrench in things was I had a meeting with Don last week, and he said that there must be the ability to highlight the text and make a link at the time of highlighting.
I had no idea how I'd find a way to do it, and then I found rangy.
Even it didn't work
So I had to modify it a bit and get it to work.
So, I start at 1 end of the spectrum and go to another.
That is developing for ya.
sylvieg: Also, I've made it so that we can link an entire page to a forwardlink and individual articles.
Using trackers
