@marclaporte: Do you have easy access to another server (ex,: Linux)
Towers: No this all being done from a local installation which will eventually be zipped and bulk loaded to production server in the future.
It still give me the same error. The odd thing was I first used Tiki from WebMatrix. It worked fine with no problems. But I wanted on the actual IIS server because the rest of the website is there which is written in asp.net
Everything works fine until I try to go to the admin page and then boom.
I can actually get to some fo the other admin pages. It specifically throws the error on /tiki-admin.php
