Good Morning ! Is it possible to have the TIKI connected to a email account, so everytime i send a mail to this accout it is getting postet into the " Wiki " part of this System ?
xavi: g'morning abeginner
see this: http://doc.tiki.org/Mailin
abeginner: you are my hero !
thanks
xavi: welcome to the Tiki Community! :-)

abeginner: does somebody have a example how a email needs to look like ?
i mean .. does it needs to have a certian format
..
the documentation says " The name of the wiki page must be put in the message subject. "
so if i do have for example " accounting " and in there then a name like ... " beginner "
does it need to be then somehting like " accounting - beginner " ? or just beginner
?
xavi: oups, got distracted
and abeginner disconnected
:-/
anyway (in case he/she or others look at the logs): I have no idea myself. I wonder if the feature works in current releases (I hope they try and provide feedback about it)

pianoliv: q: I cant' find tiki_p_use_as_template in the "new" permission admin page
ricks99: can use the filter to find/search
pianoliv: I can find it in the "old" one, and this one doesn't seem to work :/
is that normal ?
ricks99: what version are you using?
pianoliv: tiki6
ricks99: 6.6?
pianoliv: 6.2 for now :/
ricks99: hm... not sure. could be an issue with that old version.
works for me in 6.6
pianoliv: what works : the old perm page or tiki_p_use_as_template is in the new now ?
ricks99: i use the new/current perm page
pianoliv: ok thanks
I'll upgrade :)
I can't find tiki_p_use_as_template in the doc neither :/ http://doc.tiki.org/Permissions+List
ricks99, do you remember what sub-section it was in ? :)
ricks99: you can use the filter
pianoliv: I tried but no luck :/
also text search
ricks99: not search. the filter on the perm...
one sec...
pianoliv: it is supposed to be "Wiki permissions" no ?
ricks99: thats where it is on mine
Can use the page as a tracker template (tiki_p_use_as_template)
in the wiki section
pianoliv: ok, I'll add it to the doc once I get it myself :)
thanks again
ricks99: no problem
