Polom,
Do somebody have done something (or know if somebody have done or looked to) the support of Tiki wiki Marked Up Language to use with Mylyn WikiText. This probably by the use of the feature Markup Languages extension of WikiText ? Or something else (there others ways)?

fabricius: Trebly: -> query
Jyhem are you still there?
Jyhem I have a problem with pre-9 trunk SVN
cannot install neither upgrade the database anymore - installer seems broken
I am wondering, if that is an issue, or just a local insident
i tried a few times on my server with existing and new database
SVN was working until before yesterday

I think I have found the problem why I was not able to edit my spreadsheets.
In Look & Feel -> Customization -> Custom HTML <head> Content : I had entered the code "<script type="text/javascript" src="lib/ASCIIMathML.js"></script>" in order to get working the displaying for mathematical formula"

my trunk is broken too

I mentioned a problem with the installer yesterday
trying again this morning and have a mail to the devlist prepared
just wanted to check a 8.x branch - installer before
since yesterday, in the moment I SVN up to the newest trunk I have no access to an existing or new site anymore
maybe it is the same fault? what do you think?
sylvieg: smarty wants to write to / instead of ..
Loll78: fabricius: I found the error of my spreadsheets-problem.
fabricius: ah ok - tell me pls
sylviegu: what do you suggest that we do now? are you trying to find out? a mail to the infrastructure team - what I think we do anyway

Loll78: I do not think that the custom code is broken.
is's perhaps not the right way how to include correct displaying of mathematical formula

I think this problem - if I am right - is not only my problem
changi_away: where in installer ?
fabricius: at the point, where you either upgrade or install the database
should be point 5 or so
what happens is, that you ar kind of "thrown" out of the installer

NachoMahma: Do I need to include a "Needs Review" tag if I only correct a link on a Doc page?
External link that changed
fabricius: changi_away: now after installing the database I am Thrown out of the installer and sent to mydomain.de/tiki-index.php, where I directly can login as admin/admin
changi_away: so it's working :
:)

fabricius: changi_away: so it to be working generally, but a few steps are left out
mv "it to be working" "it seems to be working"
Hi NachoMahma - what do you mean with "Needs Review" -> category or so? If you fixed it and it is working now instead of before, than you already reviewed it
So you can tag it before you start and untag it after finishing, what is literally just a mental 1 second virtual moment
NachoMahma: OK. I thouhgt maybe someone else would need to review. If I have already reviewed, then I won't mark
fabricius: are you sure, that what you did is alright?
and do you think everybody would be happy with what you did?
NachoMahma: The link works now if that is what you mean by "did is alright"
fabricius: if it did not work before, than you fixed a broken link - thanks for reviewing ;-)
NachoMahma: I'm new and just need a little feedback
fabricius: sure - thatÅ› why I answer this way
there are still parts, where I myself need feedback - we are a huge community and the youngers do not want to damage the work of the olders, even the youngers might bring in new ideas or figure out unseen issues
NachoMahma: I'm not used to being able to make changes to a major database without someone else OKing it. :)
fabricius: we have to care for each other and we do so
di you see the video of the TikiFest Barcelona 2010?
changi_away: fabricius: another try
CIA-36: tikiwiki: 03changi67 * r40110 10/trunk/installer/installlib.php: [FIX] Continue if it's index.php
NachoMahma: No. The only vids I have seen (so far) are a few involved with installation
fabricius: Jonny is been asked there what he enjoyed in the community
and Marc in an interviuew recently pointed out our doocracy
changi_away: ok
changi_away: NachoMahma: what do you want to modify on database ?
fabricius: hehe
information system
huge workspace
big real project
not mysql database ;-)
changi_away: I have to leave for a few minutes ... let's say in about 5 min ... and need about 20 minutes/ half an hour <= do you have s.th. for me to do before I leave?
changi_away: I can go now aswell and come back earlier
changi_away: fabricius: you can try the installer
it's fixed for me
fabricius: changi_away: OK I do now
NachoMahma: Not modifying _a_ database, just a collection of data in general
"Modifying the content" would have been more precise
I'm surprised that I can change just about anything without being vetted or queued for approval
I have marked a couple of changes as needing review, but those were changes to content (eg, adding a definition to an existing paragraph)
fabricius: that is the 'Tiki Way' - we respect the environment including the people aka each other, thus we need far less hierarchy, which literally is just as much setup as absolutely necessary for the project and still open for everybody who continuously contributes
NachoMahma: as long, as you know what you do, just do - if you have any doubt and need feedback if your changes will work or brake s.th., then ask
NachoMahma: So far all I've done is make a few tweaks. Nothing major.
fabricius: each of us is grown up and as we all have so different background and personal history - who is best? we all are best - together
NachoMahma: Sounds like a bunch of hippie talk from the 1960s-70s heehee
I am surprised that SPAMmers and hackers are not a biggr problem
But it difficult to argue with success. :)
it is
I'll quit bugging y'all for a while and quitely go about tweaking the docs where I can. Later
fabricius: cool - we always need plenty of help in the docs
docs and translation
NachoMahma: Any suggestions on where to concentrate my efforts?
fabricius: hehe
where you concentrate your efforts anyway?
I (personally) think, that you are best in what you like best (if there would be not a massive lack in talent, like me in singing)
NachoMahma: I started at http://tiki.org/doctwo+Revamp
fabricius: earlier or later there will tasks come over you anyway
that is perfect
NachoMahma: I'd like to apply my efforts where they will do the most good. I am too new to TW to have any idea where my efforts would do the most good
fabricius: I should work there aswell - did some translation and details - but more focussing on different stuff
but I always come back to the doc revamp - very good idea, if you focus there
NachoMahma: ok
fabricius: Rick Sapir (ricks99) is the man and you might talk with Gregor Adamczyck (gta64) aswell and with me if you want
Rick is american and Gregor and me are German - makin the german language user group
but I should not mention names, because there are so many people
NachoMahma: I have one suggestion that I am not sure where to post: Indicate which version an object became available, when a major change was made (ie, added param), when removed.
fabricius: but Ricks started the doc revamp and we started the german translation, so we would help you to get started if you have a question
ah understand the question
NachoMahma: I will keep those names in mind when I have a question. Thanks

fabricius: like Function XYZ since Tiki 4.1
NachoMahma: Yes
fabricius: hmmm must think about that
maybe in the mailing list -> the logs
hmmm
maybe with the revision numbers?
hmmm
I do not know, if that is so much imortant and I do not really know where to find out if it was forgotten in the docs
ah one idea:
NachoMahma: A few of the pages have tabs with version-specific info, but I have seen no systematic indication of version availability
fabricius: when you have a look in the history of the features wikipage
NachoMahma: Maybe I'm the only one that thinks it's important :)
fabricius: then you for ex can figure out the date when the doc to it was started
that gives an important hint to find out more info about the features history
NachoMahma: I started going thruough that change docs looking for that info, but it is an arduous task
fabricius: maybe (not the next few days) we could work on some of this together and maybe we find a good workflow for that
NachoMahma: If I am the only one that thinks it would be important for organizing the docs, then not much reason to do it
fabricius: there are pages just for the feature - there the first version
I do not say, that it is not important - maybe the info could be useful ... we should look into that, but I have no time until end of next week
NachoMahma: ah
fabricius: you can write me an email, if you wanna do some collaborative session on the docs - torsten@tiki.org
NachoMahma: ok. You can contact me at tiki_torsten@bollen.us
I check that mail server every 2-4 days
fabricius: cool
NachoMahma: I hang out on several Freenode channels, including this one, so IRC is probably the fastest way to reach me.

xavi: sylvie, a question for you regarding sorting in tracker field itemlink
the content of the dropdown produced from an itemlink type of field in trackers is not sorted properly
if you have 10 items, starting from 1 to 10, you get them sorted as text: 1 10 2 3 ... 9
instead of 1 2 3 ... 10
I remember the same issue in PluginSort months ago, and I was able to fix it by replacing the appropriate function in that plugin from sort() into natcasesort()
