I've found a bug in tiki 8.3 regarding trackerlist. The popup when held over an itemId for example doesn't show values for all the fields.. How could that be? Jenser: left #tikiwiki xavi: mllie: hi and thanks. Ensure that you know how this plugin works. Double check the documentation first, please: http://doc.tiki.org/PluginTrackerList mllie: xavi: yes, but some of the fields are showing up, but not all. I found a way around it.. xavi: mllie: if you can, reproduce on demo.tiki.org so that other can check whether it's a configuration problem or a bug mllie: xavi: well, very big problem on that test site
http://demo.tiki.org/8x/tiki-view_tracker.php?trackerId=4
I do at least get the popup correctly and not all that HTML xavi: ok, checking mllie: xavi: Is there a test site for 8.3?
xavi: then I could show you xavi: this test site is supposed to be upgraded to latest 8x (8.3 or even newer)
I could reproduce this issue with overlib, also from plugintrackerlist: http://demo.tiki.org/8x/tiki-index.php?page=Help
so yes, please, fill in a bug report at http://dev.tiki.org
and if you could check in 9x, it will help (it might be solved in 9x already)
mllie: 9x works well regarding the popup info: http://demo.tiki.org/9x/tiki-view_tracker.php?trackerId=1
try to reproduce your issue there, please
confirmed it works well also with plugin tracker list in wiki pages: http://demo.tiki.org/9x/tiki-index.php?page=Company+Directory mllie: xavi: yes, seems to work in 9x sendhil: joined #tikiwiki

Why does unified search have the prefs added to it?
There is no way prefs would ever get more than a few thousand entries, right? frankkahle: joined #tikiwiki jonnyb: how do you mean? it's a different index to the unified search - it's so you can find stuff (guess LP wanted to try Lucene out on that first) frankkahle: Good afternoon, I am not sure i understand how to setup group sync from LDAP (AD) . i have LDAP (AD) auth working. I dont want to have to create groups in the tiki for everything. All my users already have groups in AD, also how do i cross reference the groups into the tiki for permissions
I am running TIKI 8.3 RobertPlummerMob: jonnyb: But isn't the whole reason we use lucene for large indexes? jonnyb: sry frankkahle - no idea on LDAP
not necessarily RobertPlummerMob - you'd write your own engine would you? RobertPlummerMob: jonnyb: No, I'd look at the db, right? jonnyb: have to feed - bbl (briefly)
prefs aren't in the database (only modified ones) RobertPlummerMob: I just thought I'd ask. jonnyb: fair enough RobertPlummerMob: Seems like it doesn't work for end users, they have no idea the index is building. jonnyb: prefs are collected form the php files in lib/prefs
i added a tooltip on the button - probably needs to be more visible
a progress bar would be nice :) (for 10, obviously) RobertPlummerMob: You should just use $.modal(tr('Loading')); and then done, $.modal();
Or tr('Building Index, this is only done once, stay with us...')); changi|morphee: Today reflexion: why do we check login with case sensitive restriction ?
