[00:23] deeku Well, up until a few hours ago it was running 6.4 - I just removed the files which have security vulns in 6.4 and continued with it. I have just upgraded to 6.7 and am experiencing the same issues.

[02:49] deeku FYI: posted a bug report about this. The cause was Gzip output. When it is enabled, it is not possible to send newsletters in 6.x. Disabling Gzip output solved the problem.
