changi: we say to the config "take style #header1 {border} and merge it into our base jqui.css from the css found in jquery ui themeroller. merge it at #tiki-header {} etc So setup will probably be tuff at first, but after we know what needs merged where, we can then have themeroller as the new tiki theming engine.
