kstingelsolved the permissions problen I was gettitng ... hacked the .htaccess file and allowed access from 127.0.0.1 ... now can run devtools scripts from within installation :-) ... sort of, need to correctly route some paths ... force to read from install base instead of current folder [01:24]

Jyhem_laptopluciash: no time to verify, but I think I got my mistake: I configured tpl:tplName and I created a template file named tplName in templates/ directory. I guess I should have created a wiki page named tplName using tpl syntax. Will try later. Thanks for the answer [18:33]
