JoelObrechtHello everybody there. I'm currently working with Jyhem on wikispiral.org
I'm looking for a little help to enableto share a task withing another group than the only one one showing in the list (registered)... I do not find this info in doc.tiki.org/Task
[03:52]
fabricius1hi JoelObrecht
JoelObrecht: the part after "... enable to share ... " i do not really understand
[03:59]
JoelObrechtHi I'm currently in https://wikispiral.org/tiki-user_tasks.php?show_form=y, and I'm trying to add a group in the form "shared for group" at the bottom of the New task / edit task field.
It may have to do with some configuration / authorization issue, but I can not figure out now where to change this...
[04:02]
fabricius1hum
must check in a tiki
which version?
[04:06]
JoelObrecht9 [04:06]
fabricius1i have tasks active in a tiki10

[04:06]
JoelObrechtThe idea I would like to try is to start a website developing team (I created the group) then to share tasks within that team, and also to track undone tasks to go through the development process of the website... [04:08]
fabricius1good plan
the popup shows no group

But thanks :)
[04:17]
fabricius1JoelObrecht: I do not find a configuration, where to allow group tasks, but a this drop down - I guess it is broken rsp. a bug
JoelObrecht: am too tired to dig deeper
I assume a coding issue anyway
at least from Tiki9onwards
[04:20]

I'll tell Jyhem also so he may have a look.

super advanced SVN question ...
[06:24]
if I do a new checkout via command line, initially checking out immediates only
then going through that folder and doing "svn update --set-depth exclude folder" for the folders I don't want
could I also go through and set "svn update --set-depth exclude trunk/lang/unspokenlang" and
"svn update --set-depth exclude branches/*/lang/unspokenlang" to avoid pulling down folders I don't want?
or can I only use --set-depth exclude after I download th efirst copy?

second question ...
if I'm not doing any of the third_party lib edits, and I'm including externals in checkouts, do I need to collect the "third_party" folder?

fabriciusahhh this is different
humm let me think about
himanshu: there are many ways
himanshu: first you need the content
[13:27]
lindonbfabricius: robert is right that phpstorm is really nice, by the way [13:31]
fabriciushimanshu: then you setup the modules / wikiplugins to link the content into the page
himanshu: mind, that this page is a) just a very general example and b) a bit old fashioned ... kind of outdated designwise --- anyway it is a structural example
himanshu: when you have the content, I can show you the creation of the page
himanshu: that would be kind of a workshop
himanshu: so decide the content types - blog, articles, etc. and start to create some content and then come back to me, or somebody else, depending who is there and who has time
lindonb: thx, have to get it again after fresh harddisk now
lindonb RobertPlummer thx

RobertPlummerguys, I figured out how we can have a stable wysiwyg and wiki to wysiwyg to wiki! Woohoo!
This is where the new parser starts to really deviate from the old, at least what is returned. They render will look the same.

jonnyb: I didn't see you join, otherwise I'd of started the conversation here.
[15:38]
Bsfezpolom too [15:39]
RobertPlummerWith the new jison parser we have the ability to override parts of the parser. I started to think there are some items that you just cannot translate from wysiwyg to wiki, there will be loss. [15:39]
jonnybhi RobertPlummer [15:40]
RobertPlummerAnd right now all the tags are created in their handler, but if we automated the tag creation, we'd then have a single item we can then override and modify all the html elements to contain additional data. Like type, index, and additional parameters.
jonnyb: Thus it cuts down on parser complexity.
Simply look for type, and any additional info, and you have the original content.
[15:40]
jonnybi still think it would be better not to try and support full html wysiwyg mode, and restrict to only wiki (storage) [15:41]
RobertPlummerjonnyb: You can't unring a bell.
jonnyb: I say include the html if it was not originally something parsed. For example:
We can include data-i="index" data-t="type" class="jpwc"
For buttons and things like that, we'd need a way to ignore them when they come back to translate from html to wiki.
There can't be any guess work, it has to be black and white, this is part of the original wiki syntax, and that is not.
jonnyb: This way ckeditor knows no different, it just parses html.
It is the only way to support html and wysiwyg that I can think of that will be stable.
jonnyb: And since the majority of the new parser is like: "return <tag></tag>;" all we do is create a simplified way of generating the html tags that can be overridden in the ckeditor handler.
so return <tag>$content</tag> becomes return $this->createWikiTag($wikiType, $tagType,etc....)
So the only time the output is going to be different than that of what is displayed now is when the ckeditor handler runs, which will insert the additional details into the tag so it can be tracked.
