   luciash: when testing only minor things and looks, it is ok to run on 1 db, but expect tiki-admin yelling about db upgrade
   <br> when testing extensively it is better to have correct db cloned and upgraded to match the tiki version to test properly
   kstingel: will create one for each branch then ... that way, can run trunk + API-trunk tests against same DB and each of branches can have own tests DB so tiki-admin remains happy ...
