But I can not create a Contact as a customer. I can not make any attachements to a Contact.
So I thought. Create for every customer/client a systemuser with no rights.
Attach a wikipage to that systemuser and you can attach documents to that user/customer.
That is in short my goal.

I think you should start with categories
base would be a wikipage or a wikistructure of the customers category and / or trackers ... depending on your usecase
documents into a filegallery with the customers category or files with the customers category etc. ... all depending on your use case and workflow
or you attach files to the tracker items of the customer
the user "customerxyz" is only needed, if you want to give this customer some access to the data ... then user+group "customerxyz" and category permissions for the customers usergroup
if you do not need any access for the customer, you do not need user and group 		[18:32]

confusion about general permissions and category permissions - I see
where you create the categories (category administration) there you see a list of categories and besides each there is a yellow key
click on that key and find a permission dialogue similar to the general permissions .. there you grant the category specific permissions
save that and the key will be green
you can setup several sets of categories/subcategories and use the sets for different purposes
so one set for permissions, one set for navigation / structuring modules, themes etc., one set for identifying items, ... 		[18:43]

so you can hide all content from public, but setup a category "public" with view permission to Anonymous

you have to think about that first, because if not, you have to rebuild the permission/group system in your CMS/Tiki a few times
one thing is testing and playing around - the other thing is starting to develop the application without prestructured permission concept 		[19:07]

two wikipages - one apllied to the cat and one not ... should be obvious then
