My current is from before this date. What does this section mean? It doesn't say that I cannot use the commands discussed on this page, nor does it instruct me to take any corrective action.

| The page is set up to add (not edit) a new reference if the item ID is not passed. If I go to http://www.hrsms.org/home/Edit+Reference+Edition it works. So, it doesn't like the &itemId={{itemId}} part, but I have no idea why.

| hrsms | I also see that all of my special characters (Portuguese) have been lost. This happened in my last two upgrades also. But I thought that since I finally had UTF-8 set that I wouldn't see it again. Not so. To see what I mean, go to http://www.hrsms.org/home/Cule+and+Chata and see the "Research" tab.
