hello
I'm a Tikiwiki newbie, having some challenges configuring for Wysiwyg.
On a userid with admin permissions, I can see the button "Switch editor (wiki or wysiwyg)".
On a userid with subadmin or editor permissions, that button to Switch editors is missing.
Can someone point me at the place where I set the permission so that a normal editor can see the Switch editor button?
(logged in twice, second time with auth).
There was some discussion about a "permission to view the switch_editor button" in May 2011 at http://tikiwiki.1073613.n5.nabble.com/Tiki-devel-CKE-WYSIWYG-switch-editor-permission-td7676.html . Was this done?
As of Tiki6, there seemed to be some question about tiki_p_use_HTML at https://doc.tiki.org/Wysiwyg+Editor+User 		[00:25]

Gulp. Now, I've lost the toolbars on the wiki page entirely! [01:11]
I think that this has something to do with a conflict between section headers and wysiwyg. I'm now trying to figure out how to turn off section headers. [01:24]
Okay, at tiki-admin.php?page=wiki , I've turned off edit sections. I still am not geting a toolbar to edit the wiki.
Grrr ... I had this problem of a missing toolbar a few hours ago. I gave up and did a reset of the database. I'm hoping to not have to do that again.
Clearing the cache hasn't helped. 		[01:31]

Ugh. I'm at Tikiwiki 12.1. I'm reading http://sourceforge.net/p/tikiwiki/mailman/message/32338273/ where the problem seems to have been reported. [01:58]
I'm trying to follow the direction by jonnybradley on May 14, 2014. I don't see a "reset to default" button. I copied lib/toolbars/tiki-admin_toolbars.js from http://sourceforge.net/p/tikiwiki/code/HEAD/tree/branches/12.x/lib/toolbars/tiki-admin_toolbars.js [02:10]
I think I'm going to stop fussing with Tiki for a while. If this is a real bug that will trigger a release update, perhaps it's not a great idea for me to be working on trying to fix this on my first day with Tikiwiki.
I also seem to be suffering from a problem where the external link icon was missing from the toolbar, reported at https://dev.tiki.org/item5076
