I assume, I missunderstood the documentation lindonb: the user may not want to fetch rows from the database each time they page
the example on doc.tiki.org/plugintrackerlist is an example where server=“n” and yet you are still able to filter from all the rows even if not visible
paging, filtering and sorting is very fast because it is not going to the server each time, only at the beginning to get all the rows
i don’t know exactly how you are using it, but you should be able to do the same thing with server=“n”

[FIX] Changed some definitions to ensure identical css output accross different less compiler. Otherwise the generated css would be slightly different (although functional) and cause unnecessary commits.
