Probably a noobie question, but can "password reminder" messages be sent as HTML email? (A client wants this.) So far, adding HTML to the .tpl just shows the HTML syntax in the message rather than it being parsed.

gezzahi all
chibaguy, are you around?
[14:19]
chibaguyhi gezza [14:21]
gezzayesterday i was chatting with jonnyb about what to do when the "..." (ellipsis) shows no actions because user has no permission to any of those actions
this seems to work to hide empty ellipsis for wikiactions: .icons.btn-group { visibility: hidden;} .icons.btn-group li { visibility: visible;}
do you think we should introduce a special class for these instead of using .icons.btn-group?
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13861230/hide-content-of-parent-element-without-hiding-children-in-css
funny, that css can solve such things
[14:23]
chibaguyIn general, I think the idea of the classes being object oriented means to start with a base class and add variations (like Bootstrap does with .btn-*), so I'd say don't make a special class, unless things become too complicated without the special class. [14:27]
gezzaeasier than php or smarty or javacript [14:27]
chibaguyyeah, I never used css visibility before, I think. Only display: . [14:29]
gezzaok, I will go with the existing classes [14:30]

xavi1a quick question about how to filter by date ranges with Plugin List: (while we didn't have the tiki meeting about it ;-) ) [16:26]
jonnyband xavi1
:)
[16:26]
xavi1:-)
Can you any thing wrong with this?: {filter range="tracker_field_30" from="1259625600" to="now"}
tiki12.x, field 30 is the one with the date field (f)
that unix time corresponds to 12/01/2009 @ 12:00am (UTC) (according to http://www.unixtimestamp.com )
I have 2 items (out of three) that should match the criteria, but none is found
[16:26]
jonnybdo you have it set to not use permanent names for fields? (it's a pref in admin/trackers) [16:27]
xavi1ah, no, I just follow the doc.t.o examples about PluginList :-/ [16:28]
jonnybusually (these days) you should use tracker_field_whateverItsNameIs
oh, bad example then
[16:28]
xavi1there should be some big warning in doc.t.o then about it... (documenation explains with Tiki9 example, afair) [16:28]
jonnybi think the default has always been to use the perm names [16:28]
xavi1ok, checkikng that pref in my tsting site [16:29]
jonnybshould just be changed to the default i think, with a tiny note somewhere for people that don't like names ;)
by the way, i saw https://dev.tiki.org/item5600 and had a look, but i can't seem to reproduce locally...
[16:29]
xavi1it's not that I don't like names, it's that in the past it used to work with field ids (before perm names where introduced, afair)
it used to work *only* with field ids (permanent name was not introduced in the code, afaik)
anyway, I can't find the pref under Tracker Admin Panel...
found it: in search admin panel (only), it seems
[16:30]
jonnybyes, indeed - all the old pre-tiki 7 tracker stuff was only based on field ids
oh? odd - should be in the tracker one as well i think

if someone is interested - hopefully found tha last issue when minifying and putting JS in just one file. Thought i should share this with you.
Some JS libs do NOT terminate their code with a ';'
this is fine when they are loaded in their own script tag
but when their are concated into one single file, this of cause causes an issue
