weird problem : after an upgrade to 12.4 (migration to a new server), all the blog posts display the html code on the page instead of formatted text.
and it's only a problem in blog posts 		[16:20]

old install was not set at utf-8. and when we import the data on the new install (which now is utf-8) we get a lot of weird characters for ë, é and other ¨ stuff in the database. Been working on this for a few days now but there doesn't seem to be an easy fix :D 		[17:37]
amette_Cannibal : read this first https://doc.tiki.org/Understanding+Encoding - then try the automatic fixing that the installer gives you - and don't trust it blindly, it may look good, but things may be actually worse inside the database [17:43]
