[20:16] Jyhem one of the big new things in 13.x was a total change in how we deal with themes and layouts

[20:17] Jyhem So, my advice is, consider Tiki15.x which is in alpha or beta right now.
[20:17] Jyhem It will not require more work to upgrade from 12 to 15 than from 12 to 15 and you get the next Long Term Support version
