This Zend kind of error message type I have frequently on dfferent places in 17 aswell, but not ermanently. For ex, sometimes when I open a tracker item in a modal - reloading and opening again the works without error. These zend errors come and go.
Ah and on one 17 (or still on trunk?) I cannot access the preferences under my account => blabla.com/my I get, but then preferences not. empty result. not sure if I get Zend errors occationally.

So jonnyb, this error (*?forumId=1) is THE pop3 error, but to me it seems to be only one iteration of more Zend related problems or of one bigger Zend related problem.
